Kudumba Vengayams

is a podcast hosted by yours truly. The podcast focusses on discussing issues within the Eelam Tamil diaspora community from a lens of intergenerational trauma and (attempted) decolonisation.

Yazh Bharatanatyam

is a Bharatanatyam school focussed on decolonising and deconstructing Bharatanatyam practices. I focus on building strong foundations in movement that my students can draw on within and outside the context of Bharatanatyam. I welcome students of all ages and abilities. As a disabled dancer myself, I am passionate about making this beautiful art form accessible to disabled bodies.

Revolutionary Love

is a deconstructed dance drama from the Bharatanatyam tradition. A one person performance that draws on dance and drama to weave a story of a young woman who leaves everything she knows behind in search of a new beginning. We see her struggle to find a sense of self and community. She contends with repeating patterns of isolation and rejection. Does she find the ability to practice the radical and revolutionary love that is self love?
