I am so excited to be launching this venture. It is the result of years of dreaming. While I feel incredibly daunted by the task, I am positively itching with excitement to work on projects that I feel so passionately about. I am however in the process of moving homes, and (as my immediate family live in the U.K.) without a support system. I am kinda sorta incredibly stressed. The move is a positive thing though, we are moving to a slightly bigger place, and I will finally have enough space for a desk! So, to put unnecessary pressure on myself, my productivity should go through the roof when we move in. Theoretically. An abstract idea if you will.

With the move in mind, I have had to rethink the time line of the projects I want to be releasing. I hope you will bear with me as I make sure all my work is up to scratch and I dot the i’s and cross the t’s… after the move. I am particularly looking forward to releasing Kudumba Vengayams, which started off as a silly little fun idea, but my work on it has grown to become a labour of love. I have started seeing it as almost my love letter to the diaspora community.

In the mean time I will try to keep you all updated as I go!
